The Imperial Magnus has the brilliant colour of a beautiful garnet. At the first contact, the nose develops delicious aromas of red fruit, such as strawberries and blueberries, later mingled with notes of the underwood, accompanied with the spicier flavour of the Mediterranean "garrigue". It is both fresh and full-bodied to the palate, leaving after the first taste a lingering impression of red fruit and roundness.

This wine is a blend of the Mourvedre, Pinot and San Giovese grape varieties, which give to the Imperial Magnus the power and balance of the best Tunisian vintages.

Note: Its ageing in oak casks confers to this blend the aromatic flavours of toasted bread and cocoa.

Tasting :
Imperial Magnus is a noble accompaniment to red meat and venison. It should be served at temperatures of between 16 and 18°C.

Chateau St.Augustin Princesse Elissa AOC 1er cru 2003 (Rose) Sold out

Princesse Elissa has the brilliant colour of rose petals. Its nose, both powerful and fresh, unites a careful mixture of floral and fruity aromas, recalling jasmine, bergamot and pear. After an initial lively attack, the palate is taken with its roundness and long tail, mixed with fruity flavours such as strawberry and pear, as well as the balsamic flavour of vanilla. This rose is made from a blend of grape varieties that are perfectly adapted to the Tunisian climate: Grenache, Cinsault and San Giovese, all renowned for their powerful flavours and aromas.

Tasting:
Princesse Elissa is a sophisticated rose wine to be drunk either as an aperitif or served as an accompaniment to grilled fish and white meat.

Chateau St.Augustin Cesar AOC 1er cru 2003 (White) Sold out

The Cesar Auguste is a golden-coloured wine with a slight hint of green. Its intense nose links the aromas of peach and sweet lemon to the more fragrant ones of vanilla and brioche. The freshness of the acidity and the softness of the alcohol offer a perfect balance to the palate.

This white wine of great finesse is a perfect blend of the grape varieties of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Clairette. The first brings to our blend its mellowness and oiliness, while the other two add the subtle flavours of citrus and white-fleshed fruit.

Tasting:
The Cesar Auguste is a delicate accompaniment to fish and seafood. It should always be drunk well chilled, at temperatures of between 8 and 10°C.
