Order Instructions
1. By Fax
Print out the
order form and fax it to us (Fax No: 03-3471-0801 ).
2. By E-mail
Send your order by e-mail to chichukai@mandpcorp.co.jp
Order
confirmation
We will send you our confirmation for your order by e-mail with
the total amout of your order and the delivery date.
Shipping fees & Tax
Shipping fees: 525 yen/carton
For Okinawa and other island areas
: 525yen/carton + additional fees 840yen/order
Tax (Shohi-zei) 5% is included in each price.
Shipping Free ! for
an order of more
than 10,000 yen.
* For Okinawa and other island areas, shipping fees(525yen) is
free, but Additional shipping fees(840yen)
is charged.
How to pay
1. Payment at reception (cash)
The payment fee to the transport company (315 - 420 yen) is charged
to the client.
Payment fee 315 yen for less than 10,000 yen (total order amount).
Payment fee 420 yen for more than 10,000 yen (total order amount).
Payment fee Free ! for
an order of more than 5,000 yen.
2. Bank Transfer
Our bank accounts:
- Mizuho Bank, Akasaka Branch, 1815552 (Futsu) M&P Corporation
The total amount of your order will be sent to you by e-mail as
order confirmation and the products that you ordered will be shipped
out soon after your payment is confirmed by our bank.
The bank transfer fee is charged to the client.
If the bank transfer is not done more than two weeks after the order,
the order will be automatically canceled.
3. If you wish to pay with your Credit
Card, please go to
our another shop in Rakuten
Ichiba.
Shipping
We currently ship by Seino Unyu and Sagawa Kyubin. The delivery
date will be sent to you by e-mail. If you have a specific date
that
you wish
to receive
your order, please notify us.
Return policy
If the received product is in any way defected, contact us by telephone/e-mail/fax
and send it back to us within 7 days of your reception. Your order
will be refunded or replaced by a new one except in the following
cases;
- the product is not in its original condition including original
packaging.
- more than 7 days after receipt.
- any defect caused by client's own doing.
