The
grapes are gathered in plastic racks and chilled immediately, light
maceration takes place within 12 hours followed by slow fermenthation
at low temperature to preserve the delicate flavours of the Alexandrie
muscat grapes.
Visual: A light, bright and golden appearance.
Nose: Very scented, elegant, very floral and soft bouquet with notes
of jasmine and orange flower.
Taste: A wonderfully fresh and smooth taste with light summer fruits.
The length and aroma of the flavours makes this wine a pleasure to
drink.
