Vinalies
Internationals 2011 Sylver medal
Domaine
Lansarine is located in the Coteaux de Tebourba 1er Cru AOC
area.
This region located in the north of Tunisia, in the Carthage
backcountry, is well-known for its semi-continental microclimate
characterised by significant temperature changes, resulting
in the perfect combination of freshness and aromatic strength.
The grapes are hand harvested at dawn to protect them from
the day's heat. They undergo a long maceration period and traditional
vinification methods are used. The floating cap is kept submerged
under wooden screens at 25
¡ëC, while part of the blend is aged for six months in French
oak barrels.

and blackcurrant with marvellous tannin and delicate toasted
overtones. Excellent length on the palate.
